Whilst AI has been an awesome game-changer in automating and productivity, there’s a growing movement towards embracing the ‘human’ in our communications. You see, over 75% of consumers have expressed concerns about AI misinformation. There’s no doubt AI is making people nervous and skeptical. They’re craving genuine, trustworthy interactions. This is where the power of human creativity and authenticity comes into play and this is how we are all going to stand out from the crowd. Its a HUGE opportunity right now!

It stimulates emotions that make you feel connected. That’s because humans want to connect with humans. Robots are useful but humans can care.

And here’s a trend that I’m personally very excited about – Video Marketing in emails. Video content has been a rising star for a while, but in 2024, it’s set to take center stage. Including videos in your emails is a fantastic way to build trust and loyalty. Feature familiar faces from your brand, tell stories through video, and show your subscribers the real people behind your emails. This is not just content; it’s a connection. It reassures your audience that there’s a genuine, authentic, caring human behind every email.
