Appointments is an add-on feature to Mailchimp’s website product. Mailchimp already allows you to create a website for free, plus you can even purchase a domain name right from inside Mailchimp, but now they have launched a super cool new feature allowing you to take bookings (paid or free, in-person or virtual) right from within your Mailchimp website.
Here’s how…
Head over to the left side menu, and hover over the website icon to see the options within. Next, click the button to Add a Service.
We’ve come to expect really simple and easy tools from Mailchimp, and this is no different. Just add a few bits of key info to set up your service.
You have 3 choices here. The first option is to set an in-person meeting, and add your location info.
Or, probably the most common option these days, you can set a virtual call via Zoom (or another tool?)
You can also set this as a traditional phone call, and choose if you are calling your customer, or add your phone number so they can call you.
Now set your availability.
Now you’ve added your info, the only thing left is to review your service and publish it.
Yippee, all done. Your service is now live.
Simply copy and share your new link to allow bookings.
